Every AI feature in Prisma runs on LLM tokens. We charge you at the exact cost our providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) charge us, with zero markup. Your monthly credit covers this usage. If it runs out, you can turn on extra usage and keep going at the same per-token rate.

Anything that calls an AI model: chat messages, canvas AI, interview transcription and copilot, signal classification, research synthesis, and feature spec drafting. Each call costs a different amount depending on the model and how many tokens are processed.

AI features pause until your credit resets at the start of your next billing period. On Starter and Pro, you can turn on "Extra Usage" in your account settings to keep going. Extra usage is billed at cost through Stripe at the end of the period.

Yes. You get $10 of AI credit, on us, and 14 days to explore every feature. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with one click from your account page. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Yes. Chat agent, interview copilot, canvas, signals, integrations: everything is available on every plan, including the free trial. The only difference is how much AI credit you get each month, and Pro includes priority support.
